Q. How much notice do you need to secure a booking?
A. Typically we can fulfil a booking for you with just 48 hours notice if we have the asset available for hire. This is with the exception of the Balloon dome which typically requires 1 weeks notice to allow the correct theme balloons to be arranged.
Q. How much deposit is required?
A. We do not require a deposit to secure a booking. You can pay in part or full prior to the event if you wish, alternatively to can pay in full at the time of delivery. Note. Payment will be required in full before the event begins.
Q. What happens if Lift Off! is required to cancel the booking?
A. In some circumstances, we may be required to cancel the booking. This is most commonly an outdoor event where wind speeds are expected to be in excess of 23mph. In these circumstances, we are not permitted to hire inflatable equipment. In the event that bookings are cancelled by us, any payments will be refunded to you in full, and we will work with you to prioritise an alternate date.
