Q. How much notice do you need to secure a booking?
A. Typically we can fulfil a booking for you with just 24 hours notice if we have the asset available for hire. This is with the exception of the Bubble House which typically requires 1 weeks notice to allow the correct theme balloons to be arranged.
Q. How much deposit is required?
A. We do not require a deposit to secure a Bouncy Castle booking. You can pay in part or full prior to the event if you wish, alternatively to can pay in full at the time of delivery. Note. Payment will be required in full before the event begins. We require a small deposit to secure a booking for the Bubble House.
Q. What happens if Lift Off! is required to cancel the booking?
A. In some circumstances, we may be required to cancel the booking. This is very rare and would most commonly be an outdoor event where wind speeds are expected to be in excess of 23mph. In these circumstances, we are not permitted to hire inflatable equipment. In the event that bookings are cancelled by us, any payments will be refunded to you in full, and we will work with you to prioritise an alternate date.
Q. How long does it take to set up the Bouncy Castle?
A. It takes our team approximately 20 minutes to set up the Bouncy Castle ready for use. It also takes about 20 minutes to pack everything away at the end of the booking. Our team handles all of the Set up and pack away. The Bubble House takes approximately 40 minutes to set up and 20 minutes to pack away. Please take this into account when hiring a venue and arranging the start time of your event.
